All participants are required to sign a waiver in order to participate. You may register for individual classes to sign the waiver in advance and to allow us to contact you regarding updates to the schedule. Walk-ins are always welcome. See registration below.

HIIT with Catrina K Fitness: High intensity bursts of body weight movements, followed by short intervals of rest, will keep your body burning calories long after class ends! This class will be challenging and it is designed to accommodate all fitness levels!
Sunshine Flow with Annie: Sunshine Flow is a flowing yoga class that is perfect for all levels and experience. Build heat and move your body as we celebrate summer with this outdoor yoga session instructed by our talented teacher, Annie. Students will grow stronger, flexible and balanced each week and modifications will always be offered to make it the perfect session for everyone.

Catrina’s career as a trainer began following a personal weight loss journey, changing her eating habits and learning to love fitness brought her down 70lbs! With this weight loss came a passion for helping others do the same. Years of studying movement and weight loss have left Catrina confident to help you achieve your weight loss goals, have a healthy relationship with food, and avoid injury while doing so.
Annie – The Hot Yoga Spot
Annie began her yoga journey at 9 years old when she began practicing Bikram on a regular basis. Yoga has always been a part of her life and her love of yoga fueled her to study anatomy and biochemistry in college. Annie completed her foundational 200-hour teacher training at 18 years old with the Styles Yoga teacher training at The Hot Yoga Spot. She has also received her SUP yoga training and Bikram training through The Hot Yoga Spot’s Hot 26 Revolution program. Annie has taught yoga in the Capital Region as well as Noord, Aruba and Florence, Italy. Annie loves all styles of yoga from Bikram to Yin and is a firm believer that yoga is the answer to all of life’s struggles.
